Glenn Ficarra and John Requa met at Pratt Institute where they were both studying film. They have been working together ever since, both as screenwriters and directors. They have since written screenplays for several films including “Bad Santa,” and their directing debut, “I Love You Phillip Morris”. They also directed "Crazy, Stupid, Love", for Warner Bros. John and Glenn recently started their own production company, Zaftig Films, and are currently working on several different projects.
